Mr. Anciaux is RealWebFunds' President. Mr. Anciaux has been actively using
technology to improve the commercial mortgage origination process since 1998. Mr. Anciaux
has also applied his business process reengineering expertise to build a
set of business processes that make RealWebFunds far and away the most
cost efficient origination business in the industry.
Prior to founding RealWebFunds, Mr. Anciaux founded and managed Business Improvement
Specialties (BIS), a business process reengineering consulting and software development
firm. BIS' techniques and tools have dramatically improved the quality, cost
effectiveness and speed of numerous processes.
Before founding BIS Mr. Anciaux was a Sales Manager and a
Product Marketing Manager for IBM and a Product Manager
for General Electric.
Mr. Anciaux holds engineering degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of California at
Berkeley and an MBA from the University of Santa Clara.
