The RealWebFunds commercial mortgage brokerage business will grow rapidly if we provide a brokerage service that is more effective, more efficient, more open and less expensive than our competition (the traditional broker).

We are a commercial mortgage broker - we join the borrower's team as the financial expert, project manager and labor needed to find and close the best loan.
We shop loan requests - we find the best available rate and terms by identifying all the lenders who might want to do the deal and then creating a market where they compete for the borrower's business.
We have a state-of-the-art business - we use technology and modern business processes to create the most efficient and effective brokerage service available - anywhere!
We are open with information - so you can make the best decision for you. Anything we learn about lender's reaction to your request (good and bad) is available to you online at any time.
We charge less - because we are efficient our costs are less. We pass the savings on to the borrowers in the form of fees 25% to 40% less than typical of the industry.

The Founder

Mike
Anciaux

Mr. Anciaux is RealWebFunds' President. Mr. Anciaux has been actively using technology to improve the commercial mortgage origination process since 1998. Mr. Anciaux has also applied his business process reengineering expertise to build a set of business processes that make RealWebFunds far and away the most cost efficient origination business in the industry.

Prior to founding RealWebFunds, Mr. Anciaux founded and managed Business Improvement Specialties (BIS), a business process reengineering consulting and software development firm. BIS' techniques and tools have dramatically improved the quality, cost effectiveness and speed of numerous processes.

Before founding BIS Mr. Anciaux was a Sales Manager and a Product Marketing Manager for IBM and a Product Manager for General Electric.

Mr. Anciaux holds engineering degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from the University of Santa Clara.
