Two ways to work together

For deals over $1.5M

Co-Broker

We work together as a team to co-broker the loan.

		You remain the primary borrower contact.
		RealWebFunds works with the lenders.
		RealWebFunds charges 0.5% (min $10,000, paid at closing)
		You charge your fee (paid at closing)
		Borrower hires our team as their "Exclusive Agent" by signing our three-way fee agreement or our exclusivity passthru agreement

Brokerage Referral

You refer the deal to RealWebFunds to broker the loan.

		You introduce us to you borrower.
		Borrower hires RealWebFunds as their exclusive broker by signing our fee agreement.
		RealWebFunds handles all brokerage activities.
		RealWebFunds charges 0.6% to 0.75% (min $10,000, paid at closing).
		RealWebFunds rebates a referral fee to you.
